Lek and her family work in the restaurant with Lek personally overseeing every dish as it leaves the kitchen, ensuring the highest standard. She embodies the importance of the Thai traditions of politeness, respect and good manners. We are passionate about service and quality from the moment customers enter, to the time that they leave. Lek originates from the Trang province of Thailand, which is in the southern region of the country near the Malaysian border. She has her own style of Thai cooking which differs from most other Thai meals.
